Refund policy

DiyStore commited to 100% customer satisfaction.     We are not happy unless you are happy!     If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.     We will evaluate the issue and fix it for you right away.


Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, i.e. soap, deodorant, lotion).     Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To initiate a return:

Email us at order@diystoreusa.com.  with your order number, full name that appears on the order, and email address.     Let us know the reason you are returning.
Upon review of your return request we will send you a return label via email that you can print out to attach to your return.
Ideally the item should be returned in the original box it was received in.     If you no longer have the original box, please use a box of similar size to return your item.
Refunds: When your return is delivered back to us it will be inspected for refund approval.     Once approved we will automatically refund on your original payment method.     Please remember it can take some time, 2-5 business days on average, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
